My surrealism and exaggerated fantasy became more subtle as I entered my late twenties. I started noticing more beauty in real natural environments and in ordinary life as it is. Although I could not let go of the surreal part completely, I began taking more inspiration from the simplicity of everyday human experience. My need for drama slowly faded, and I found myself drawn more and more to the quiet, ordinary moments that felt real and grounding.
